Pirate's Day and Pizza Bash

July 18

We’ve had reports that pirates will invade WCSC on July 18. We need every child, grandchild and adult child out there to prepare for battle! Bring your cannons (water balloons) and muskets (super soakers) and any other aqua weapons you may have. Pirates don’t care about weather so this event will happen rain or shine - prepare to get wet!

The Details

The Captain’s Photo Shoot will be at the Swamp at 1100. Wear your best pirate attire! Free professional photographers are welcome.

The Pizza Bash will be BYOB and held on the back deck of the clubhouse at 1200. All orders will need to be in to Ron Sanga BEFORE July 18 so we can call the entire order in as early as possible. Please pay for your order on Saturday at the Photo Shoot or the Pizza Bash itself (remember to tip the driver). At noon, the orders will be waiting in the clubhouse, placed there by the delivery driver so you and he are the only ones to have touched it. Take it out on the back deck, or sit at a picnic table, and socialize from a distance.

The Battle will be a motoring event on sailboats, starting at 1300 and ending when everyone is out of ammunition. No sailing during battle because of safety concerns. Remember that there will be real live children participating so please, no frozen water balloons or launching platforms that take 3 men to operate. You get my drift…
