Light ‘em up
We will soon be coming up on our 11th Annual WCSC Parade of Lights for the benefit of
and for collecting canned goods for the Good Neighbor Cupboard food pantry! The parade will take place on Friday night, December 5th and again on Saturday night December 6th.
Are you going to Light ‘em Up?
First and foremost, this annual event is for the benefit of
and collecting canned goods for the Good Neighbor Cupboard food pantry! Please bring your toys and can goods to the WCSC clubhouse. The toys must be new and unwrapped. There will be tables and collection boxes setup in the lobby.
If you're new to the whole parade thing, the Elves will be glad to assist, just let Ron Sanga know ASAP.
We will also need volunteers to:
- Take pictures and/or videos each night to for sharing later!
- Drive the Whaler which will be designated as a Safety Boat/Photography Boat each night accompanying us around the parade route.
- Keep the fire going in the clubhouse while we are out on the parade route on Friday night and to place the group pizza order as we are returning to the harbor.
Please let Ronnie Ashmore or Ron Sanga know if you can help with any of these volunteer needs.

We plan to again have a contest for the best decorated sailboat and best decorated power boat, with trophies going to the top 3 in each category.
