Our next Work Day is August 13th.  I will not be present, but Bob Knapp will be take my place to oversee and coordinate the activities/tasks to be accomplished.
 
The workday is from 8AM to noon. Come to the clubhouse for signing in and assignment.  Wear/bring appropriate clothing (especially leather gloves) for the tasks to be performed.  There will be a cooler with bottled water.
 
The preliminary list of tasks to be accomplished are:
  1. Use Loppers and/or weed eaters to cut trees, bushes, and vines sprouting after the underbrushing anywhere you see them
  2. Remove broken tree branch on front lawn of the club
  3. Bring and Use weed eaters at various locations to be determined around club.
    •  Weed eat or cut with lawnmower around the boats in the main parking lot.
    •  Weed eat the bank between E dock and main launch ramp.
    •  Weed eat any other place that needs trimming
  4. Walk the shore cutting/lopping any small tree < 3” in diameter and also take a trash bag and pick up trash as you go.
  5. Haul firewood cut by the tree removal crew to the clubhouse storage area using the tractor and trailer.
  6. Cut up metal braces between  A & B Dock.  Load on WCSC trailer after they finish hauling firewood to take to scrap yard.
