This coming weekend we're celebrating July 4th in a Big Way!
The Lord Family way!
Even as they are anticipating the newest addition to the Lord family, they're throwing a party for us @ WCSC!
Charlie & Sandra are cooking their famous BBQ, accompanied by cole-slaw, cucumber salad, watermelon & cantaloupe!
Be sure to bring your own coolers for beverages, as it will be BYOB!
Dinner is expected around 1900, hopefully the temps in the clubhouse will be more bearable then!
Afterwards, Derek is already planning to go a bit pyro on us with some fireworks on the point, but wouldn't it be awesome to have a 'respectable' fireworks display that was put on by the Club?
If you're planning on being at the club, and would like to contribute to the 'Pyro Fund' to purchase impressive fireworks for the club, please contact me ASAP, so that we will know the budget we have to work with as a Club.
On Friday, I'll go to make our purchases of fireworks, I hope we'll have a good budget. Please, step up and help us make the club proud of its Fireworks display on this momentous occasion!
