Calling all hands. It's Breakwater time. The lake water temperature is comfortable and the breakwater has held up well since last year's excellent work. We are planning a repair day; Sunday July 31st and require 4-5 volunteers in the water to fasten 15-20 straps.
The breakwater program is a long honored undertaking at WCSC. The Breakwater team has worn their experience proudly for nearly 40 years.
Be sure to wear a PFD, old shorts, and a tee shirt. The tires are worn and dirty from many years of saving our fleet from storm after storm. No other equipment required. Water will be provided and plenty of beer (yes! Beer) when the work day is done.
WCSC members with a strong back, a great sense of humor and time available on July 31st please call or text  Curt Rubinstein @ 864-915-6830 to reserve your  place on "Breakwater team 2016". Email works too: sloopy5336@gmail.com
